Valerie and Caroline met in 2018. Caroline had both knees worked on and was looking to Valerie to help her get back into running. Valerie has been teaching the Pose Method for more than 20 years, but she has added the need for strength and self-care as a basis for the Pose, Fall, Pull of running. 

Together they created a course to help runners learn the technique but quickly realized that because running isn't a seasonal sport, they wanted to help more runners more often, so in 2020 they moved from an 8-week course to a membership. 

Valerie has helped thousands of runners through in-person clinics, but it's hard to learn a new movement pattern in a two-day clinic. But now with the online membership, she has been able to help more runners virtually than she has before.
